I am an artist 82 years old and have tried and shown many mediums. These hangings or clothes that I will make were from thrift stores and family and friends. Some things I do wonder who wore a particular piece and maybe a hundred years from now these pieces wil have holes and be like the boro..I feel some sort of attraction to these fabrics but have done collage and painted in that style. Thank you for sharing your experience, it gave me another layer on my work
